Rocky Point Winery
Rocky Point is a family owned winery that offers small appetizers and over a dozen varieties of wine and craft beers. Known for its six local wines and more than 50 other seasonal labels, it is the perfect spot for a romantic date, or a casual get together with friends.
Rocky Point Winery is family friendly, making it a great place for making new memories with loved ones. They have a full bar that includes food options, as well as a pavilion and lively backyard scene. If you visit between April and October, the winery often hosts live music for its guests.
If you’re looking for a weekend getaway, consider staying at The Red Fern Inn which is a five star inn located onsite. Both are open all year round!
Ferguson’s Gallery
Browse through showrooms of local artwork and craftsmanship. Marblehead is known for their little galleries, including Ferguson’s Gallery. The story of Ferguson’s Gallery goes back to the late 1800s when Cary Ferguson’s mentor, Walter Langan, was born and began his lifelong passion of glass mastery.
Eager to learn the craft, Walter taught Cary the lost art of glass engraving and now 35 years later, Cary is doing the same for his own family. Ferguson’s Gallery is proud to have multiple generations using glass as an artistic medium.
Keep an eye out for upcoming glassblowing workshops where you can spend one-on-one time with the artists!
Marblehead Lighthouse
Do you consider yourself a history buff? If so, the Marblehead Lighthouse is the perfect spot for you. Built in 1821, the lighthouse was home to the first female lighthouse keeper and is known for its rare Fresnel lens and iron staircase. In 2019, renovation of the lighthouse began and now, nearly one million people visit each year.
Fun fact: The Marblehead Lighthouse is the oldest lighthouse in continuous operation on the Great Lakes!
Erie Social Shuffleboard Club and Bar
In need of a bite to eat, or just a good time? Erie Social Shuffleboard Club & Bar has you covered. The club is centrally located and offers year-round entertainment to residents and visitors to the greater Marblehead area.

Lago Coastal Café at Lakeside
This costal café features a modern fusion of Asian, Caribbean, American and Mexican cuisines and is a favorite among those who have visited Marblehead. They offer tasty specialty drinks and a wide selection of food options.
